Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential/commercial real estate projects Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close sales effectively Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and follow-ups Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor offerings

Desired Candidate Profile



Minimum

8 months of proven experience

in real estate sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals independently Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a plus Comfortable with site visits and client meetings Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
