Role Overview:
We are looking for a
dynamic and result-driven real estate sales executive
to handle
residential & commercial property sales
, work on
qualified leads
, conduct
site visits
, and close high-value deals across premium projects in Gurugram and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound leads for residential and commercial properties
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and client meetings
Maintain strong follow-ups and negotiation with clients
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
Close deals and assist in documentation till possession
Maintain CRM records and lead tracking
Build long-term client relationships for repeat & referral business
