Role Overview:



We are looking for a

dynamic and result-driven real estate sales executive

to handle

residential & commercial property sales

, work on

qualified leads

, conduct

site visits

, and close high-value deals across premium projects in Gurugram and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound & outbound leads for residential and commercial properties Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and client meetings Maintain strong follow-ups and negotiation with clients Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams Close deals and assist in documentation till possession Maintain CRM records and lead tracking Build long-term client relationships for repeat & referral business

Property Segments You'll Work On:



Luxury Builder Floors (DLF Phases, Golf Course Road, GCRE) High-rise luxury apartments & townships Commercial projects (Retail / Office / SCOs) Dubai residential investments (optional exposure)

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Strong communication & negotiation skills Client handling & sales closure ability Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate micro-markets (preferred) Comfortable with site visits & weekend working Basic CRM, WhatsApp Business & Excel knowledge Target-driven mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
