We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager - Real Estate to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage high - performing team. We are focusing on Commercial Projects of Gurgaon Market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Leads and manage the sales team across multiple projects/sites.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Drive site visits, closures, and client engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years to Maximum 10 years of experience in real estate sales leadership in commercial projects of Gurgaon market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Note:
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate should have car.
Should have knowledge of Gurgaon Real Estate
