Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Conduct project presentations and property briefings
Arrange and lead site visits with clients
Follow up with clients for closures and deal finalization
Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with pre-sales and CRM for smooth documentation
Keep updated knowledge of market trends and project details
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
Ability to build rapport with clients
Sales experience preferred (Real Estate experience is an advantage)
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
Own vehicle preferred
