About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, client relationship management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
Manage client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Guide and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must have own vehicle for client meetings and site visits.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
