Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. Understand clients' requirements and guide them in making informed property decisions. Conduct site visits, property presentations, and explain project details effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred). 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong client-handling and presentation abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
