Lead Conversion:
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins to achieve monthly sales targets.
Site Visits & Presentations:
Arrange property site visits and give compelling presentations about project offerings, location advantages, and pricing structures.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to position projects effectively.
Documentation & Coordination:
Assist clients in completing property-related documentation, coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or high-ticket B2C domains
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
