We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Real Estate Sales Professional

with strong exposure to selling Luxary

Residential Flats, Duplexes, Villas, and High-Rise Projects

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end sales, client handling, site visits, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales for residential projects. Sell residential properties including

Apartments, High-Rise Buildings, Villas, and Duplexes

. Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options. Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and finalize deals as per company guidelines. Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for smooth closures. Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and MIS reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project details.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum

2 to 5 years of experience

in

Real Estate Residential Sales

. Proven track record in selling

Flats, Villas, Duplexes, and High-Rise Projects

. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Good knowledge of real estate documentation and sales processes. Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems is an added advantage.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
