URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR SALES MANAGER

Involved in selling of residential and commercial
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Make call on the leads/data provided by company
Guide and explain the project to walk in clients on site
Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs

Requirements and Skills:

2 Years experience in real estate sales
Good communation skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Strong business sense and industry experties
Excellent negotiation skills
