: Field Sales Executive (Real Estate Company) Company Overview: This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and succeed in a competitive real estate market. Job Responsibilities: Knowledge of Real Estate Industry Knows Basic metrics of Real Estate and Versed Documentation like ATS, Sale Deed, etc. Generate Leads: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets. Good Communication : Effectively communicate the value proposition, answer questions, and address any concerns to drive sales conversions. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process. Understand their needs, provide personalized attention, and offer suitable property recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contract agreements to secure successful deals. Work closely with clients to overcome objections and provide persuasive arguments to close sales. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, targets, and progress to management. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships. Persuasive negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. Knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. & Vehicle is Must.
