Job Description

We are looking for the team leader who can lead, train and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales productivity and drive revenue growth. Ensuring that the team is meeting and exceeding the sales targets with the given timelines .Responsibilities and Duties: 1) Market understanding : In-depth knowledge of market 2) Lead Conversion for each team member .3) Follow up on the contactable leads to establish a connectOverlooking the sales process, handling final negotiation and closing.
Responsible for networking & joint business planning with existing and new channel partners
Handling a team to generate clients & build relationships for referrals
Help reduce the turnaround time for closing the deals
Working on market analysis reports, pre and post monetization.
Effectively manage the on-site sales team.
Negotiation and Closing.
