We are looking for proactive and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to promote and sell commercial / residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end property sales process for both residential / commercial projects
Can work on leads through calls, referrals, and field visits
Conduct client meetings and explain project features & USPs
Arrange and conduct property site visits
Maintain regular follow-ups and client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to manager
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales preferred
Good communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of local market and builder projects is a plus
Comfortable with fieldwork and client handling
Strong follow-up and closing abilities
