Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Client Interaction
Manage incoming leads from portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients.
Understand client requirements and propose relevant property options.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits with clients.
2. Sales, Presentation & Negotiation
Present project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans in a structured and professional manner.
Handle client objections with confidence and clarity.
Maintain strong negotiation skills to close deals.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Documentation & Coordination
Assist clients with booking forms, payment procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate with CRM/back-end teams for post-sales support.
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
4. Customer Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Provide consistent follow-up and after-sales service.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (MUST)
Strong presentation and convincing ability
Confident, smart, and well-groomed personality
1-5 years of experience in real estate or high-ticket sales (preferred)
Ability to handle premium clients and conduct professional meetings
Good knowledge of local real estate markets is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools, and digital communication
