Job Description

MBA in Marketing / Sales or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate or high-value sales (luxury products, investments, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Knowledge of property documentation, RERA regulations, and sales agreements (preferred). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits. Handle inquiries and convert potential clients into confirmed property buyers. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain features, pricing, and benefits to clients. Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property rates, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams to ensure smooth sales operations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with management. Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
