The Salesperson will be responsible for generating and converting leads for our real estate projects, handling inquiries from first contact to closing, and representing Dhamma Builder and Developer LLP professionally in the local market. The role involves fieldwork, client meetings, and regular follow?up to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Generate new leads through walk?ins, field visits, calls, WhatsApp, social media, local networking, and referrals.
Handle all inquiries from Google, website, social media, and offline campaigns and convert them into site visits and bookings.
Understand client needs (budget, location, purpose: investment/end use) and recommend suitable projects/units.
Conduct site visits, explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly.
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining company pricing and policies.
Coordinate with documentation and accounts teams for booking forms, agreements, payment schedules, and handover.
Maintain and update lead and client data in Excel/CRM and share daily/weekly reports.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local influencers to drive more bookings.
Stay updated on local real estate prices, competing projects, and market trends in Gaya/Bodhgaya.
Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, and local meetings as required.

Pay: ₹13,352.93 - ₹54,695.64 per month
