minimum of 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales

, who have successfully closed deals and built strong client relationships over the years.

The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and well-connected in the real estate market. You should have a strong track record of handling high-value property transactions, meeting sales targets consistently, and providing professional guidance to clients. Owning a

vehicle is mandatory

, and preference will be given to candidates residing

in or near Rohini, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and client databases. Showcase and present properties, highlighting features, pricing, and investment value. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business

Requirements:

Minimum

6 years of experience

in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Strong closing skills with a successful track record. Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities. Must own a vehicle and live in or near Rohini, Delhi
