Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
Conduct property showings and site visits
Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
Negotiate and close sales deals professionally
Maintain CRM and update client interactions, deals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with legal, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth transactions
Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, and competitor activity
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
