Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the Centre's profitability, sales performance, and overall success through effective P&L oversight.
Oversee daily operations and management of assigned facilities.
Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and opportunities.
Administer membership records, plans, and inventory through backend member management systems.
Lead the membership renewal process, striving to retain clients at profitable margins while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Optimize Centre occupancy rates and profitability by proactively addressing clients' space expansion or modification needs.
Focus on generating new sales opportunities while nurturing existing relationships through outstanding customer service.
Ensure the smooth operation of the property, addressing day-to-day requirements promptly.
Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance activities to uphold quality standards.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?56,152.79 per month
