Job Description



We are seeking an enthusiastic

Real Estate Salesperson

who can generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property deals. The ideal candidate should be confident, sales-driven, and passionate about real estate.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads and follow up with potential clients Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties Conduct property viewings and client meetings Understand client needs and provide suitable property options Negotiate deals and close sales successfully Maintain strong relationships with clients before and after sales Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and handover Keep records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities

Additional Skill (Preferred)



Ability to

create content for social media

(property posts, reels, short videos, captions, etc.) is a

strong advantage


Requirements



Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Basic knowledge of real estate market trends Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and CRM tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team
