Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling properties, and ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction process. You should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:



Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals. Guide clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitive projects. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Conduct property site visits and explain project details to prospective buyers. Negotiate deals and close sales with transparency and professionalism. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:



Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
