Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate industry, specifically in commercial interiors. The primary responsibilities of the role include driving sales and revenue growth through new client acquisition, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in commercial interiors and real estate industry. In addition, the candidate should be an effective communicator, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship building.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and achieve business objectives.Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management and relationship building.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the commercial interiors and real estate industry.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, project management, and operations to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services, and effectively communicating our value proposition. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on commercial interiors and real estate industry.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Experience in account management and customer relationship management.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
