Roles & Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93
  • Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming premium residential project at Bangalore.
  • Deliver positive customer experience during all interactions as the face of the company.
  • Attend Customers, negotiating and bring leads to closures.
  • Generate interest for repurchase and referrals and creation of pipeline from the existing client base.
  • Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tool.
  • Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project
  • Staying up to date with product & market knowledge
  • Achieve revenue targets month on month basis.
  • Prepare & maintain daily reports.
Required Skills \xe2\x80\x93
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Confidence and ability to interact with high profile clients.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented, can work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Schedule:
