Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in real estate sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities

:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options Schedule and conduct property site visits and follow-up with clients Build and maintain a strong client relationship to generate repeat and referral business Negotiate deals and close sales with clients Maintain a database of potential and existing clients Collaborate with the marketing team to generate lead traffic Stay updated with the latest market trends and property laws

Requirements

:

Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player Good knowledge of the local property market in Noida and surrounding areas Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone
