Job description - Sales Executive



Responsibilities:



1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to present and promote products/services.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

3. Conduct research, compile information of the product and have complete understanding about it.

4. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.

5. Provide feedback to the reporting authority.

6. Handle sales inquiries and provide product information and pricing details.

7. Maintain records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

9. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance.

Requirements:



1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in sales, or preferably in a similar industry.

3. Verbal and written communication skills.

4. Good interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Basic understanding of Microsoft tools like - MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
