Conduct regular training sessions focused on sales techniques, property knowledge, CRM systems, and client engagement. ? Stay up-to-date with market trends, project updates, and competitive products to keep training content current and relevant. ? Organize workshops, role-plays, and mock sales scenarios to improve communication and negotiation skills. ? Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, performance metrics, and feedback. ? Collaborate with project and marketing teams to ensure sales staff are aligned with current offers, pricing, and inventory. Quality Analyst ? Monitor and evaluate sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups for adherence to process, brand messaging, and customer service standards. ? Review CRM entries, client documentation, and deal pipelines for accuracy and completeness. ? Identify process gaps, training needs, and areas of improvement across the team. ? Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individual sales agents. ? Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and ethical sales practices. ? Prepare quality audit reports and suggest corrective actions or improvements.
