Experience:
1 to 8 Years in Real Estate / Property Sales
Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and engage prospective customers to understand their housing requirements.
Present and explain project features, floor plans, and pricing.
Coordinate and conduct site visits, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.
Maintain daily enquiry trackers and update CRM or Excel reports accurately.
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Project teams for timely deal closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in real estate or other high-value B2C sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
Willing to work on weekends and flexible with timings during project launches.
