Job Responsibilities:



Client Engagement and Investment Communication

- Conduct outreach to clients to inform them about investment opportunities and projects in Noida.

- Assess client needs and tailor project recommendations accordingly.

- Generate leads through various activities, including cold calling and networking.

Client Interaction and Relationship Management

- Accompany clients on-site visits to provide firsthand insight into project locations.

- Facilitate meetings in the office to discuss project details and options.

- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Objectives and Market Analysis

- Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about new projects and overall market trends.

Reporting and Networking

- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager on sales activities, progress updates, and market insights.

- Build and maintain a professional network with real estate professionals, developers, and potential referral sources to enhance business opportunities.

Experience:

Real estate sales: 1 year (Required)

Sector 125 Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Required)
