Set clear individual and team sales targets and objectives, and regularly track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify training needs and develop or facilitate training programs to enhance agents' skills in lead generation, negotiation, client management, and closing deals.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top-tier real estate talent.
Resolve team conflicts and address challenges proactively to maintain morale and efficiency.
Manage team schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
Assist team members in complex negotiations and closing deals.
Oversee and coordinate lead generation activities and marketing efforts to promote properties.
Ensure the team utilizes CRM software and other sales tools effectively for lead management, client tracking, and data analysis.
Market & Client Focus:
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and partners.
Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and promptly addresses client inquiries and issues.
Administrative & Compliance:
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant real estate laws and regulations (e.g., RERA compliance in India).
Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage budgets related to team activities and oversee financial invoicing for department activities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Valid real estate license as required by state regulations.
