Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and manage client relationships for residential properties (mid-rise apartments, duplexes, etc.).
Conduct site visits, present property options, and handle negotiations and closings.
Maintain a pipeline of potential buyers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Team Leaders/Managers

: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, set targets, and drive team revenue.

Coordinators

: Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and managing the sales process flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record in Real Estate Sales (for experienced roles).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High level of motivation, professionalism, and a "Game-Changer" attitude.
Knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida real estate market is a plus.
