Real Estate Sales/ Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description

Drive property sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Conduct site visits and close deals in coordination with team

Follow up with leads provided by partners and convert them into sales.

Market Intelligence:



Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving project offerings or marketing efforts.

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain regular reports on performance and sales metrics.

Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for smooth sales operations.

Events & Promotions:



Organize broker meets, property expos, and promotional campaigns.

Ensure high visibility of projects among channel partners.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in real estate or related industry.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to travel locally for meetings and site visits.

Good knowledge of real estate market and sales processes.

Preferred Skills:



Existing network of brokers/agents in the local real estate market.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Language proficiency - English, Kannada and Hindi

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple partners simultaneously.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

Travel and mobile allowances (as per company policy).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5.00 - ₹8.00 per year
