Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Engagement:

Conduct site visits and property tours with clients.
Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans clearly and professionally.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property developers.
Provide regular updates and follow-ups with potential buyers.
Offer professional advice on property investments based on market trends.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Develop sales strategies to attract new clients and close deals.
Promote properties through digital marketing, networking, and social media.
Sales Documentation & Negotiation:
Negotiate deals and finalize agreements between buyers and property owners.
Assist clients with legal formalities, paperwork, and loan processing if required.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
