Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and onboard new channel partners for plot sales.
2) Develop strong relationships with brokers, agents, and external sales partners.
3) Conduct regular training and engagement sessions to educate partners about available inventory, pricing and sales benefits.
4) Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to design partner friendly sales strategies.
5) Monitor and analyze channel partner performance and take corrective actions to improve results.
6) Ensure smooth transaction processing and partner satisfaction.
7) Achieve monthly and quarterly channel sales targets.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Excellentnetworking and relation building skills
Good knowledge of real estate market (plots preferred)
Experience in partner engagement, activation campaigns, and sales promotions
Strong presentation & communication skills
Target-oriented, proactive, and driven by results
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA Preferred)
