Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Officer (BDO):



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through online research, networking, referrals, and social platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales & Business Growth

Present and pitch company services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, IT Solutions) to prospects. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by management.

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Research & Strategy

Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Suggest new business strategies and approaches to improve revenue.

Negotiation & Closing Deals

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with potential clients. Ensure timely closure of deals and successful onboarding of clients.

Collaboration with Teams

Work closely with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations. Share client requirements clearly for smooth project execution.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
