Business Development Associate - Real Estate

If so, TopWorker, a leading Bangalore-based EdTech company with offices across India, wants you! We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities). Conduct informative presentations and product demos showcasing TopWorker's solutions. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the education market. Generate qualified leads and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline. Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness. Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or a relevant sales role. Strong understanding of the education sector and current trends in EdTech. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
