About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving ambitious goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management: - Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. - Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and monitor individual and team performance. - Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

2. Sales Strategy and Business Development: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.

3. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

4. Operational Excellence: - Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions and operations. - Optimize operational processes and utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and analyse data. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.

5. Training and Development: - Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure team readiness and compliance.

Skill-Set : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years (or) more of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful team. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of local real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
