Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and client referrals.
Conduct site visits, property showings, and explain project features to prospective buyers.
Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
Negotiate sales deals and ensure proper documentation and closure.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, competitors, and industry best practices.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or related sales field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
