About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Real Estate Sales Analyst

to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of

sales, market research, and client engagement

. You will support the sales team with data-driven insights, manage client interactions, and help drive conversion in one of India's most dynamic real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Enablement & Client Engagement

Support sales leaders in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Track leads, manage CRM data, and ensure timely response to prospects. Assist in preparing proposals, financial models, and ROI comparisons for clients.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Conduct primary and secondary research on Bangalore's real estate market. Track pricing, absorption rates, and competitive developments. Generate weekly/monthly dashboards to support decision-making.

Deal Support

Assist in site visits, documentation, and negotiations. Prepare transaction analysis and track performance metrics. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth closures.

Reporting & Analytics

Maintain accurate sales MIS, pipeline tracking, and performance reports. Deliver insights on customer behavior and sales funnel efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields

(MBA is a plus). 0-2 years of experience in sales, investment analysis, consulting, or real estate. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market is an advantage. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
