We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee and lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, training and motivating team members, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Supervise, mentor, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Assign sales territories, set individual sales goals, and track performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline management.
Client Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and closings as needed.
Training & Development:
Onboard and train new sales agents on company policies, CRM tools, and best practices.
Continuously develop team members through coaching and professional development.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any Stream
Proven experience (1+ years) in real estate sales or property management.
Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
