Job Description

Core Roles and Responsibilities:



Sales and Lead Generation:

Proactively finding new clients, setting up promotional stalls, and converting prospects into buyers to meet sales targets.

Marketing and Property Promotion:

Executing marketing campaigns, distributing promotional materials (brochures, flyers), and presenting property features to potential buyers.

Client Relationship Management (CRM):

Serving as the first point of contact, understanding client needs, and providing excellent service to build trust.

Site Visits and Demonstrations:

Arranging and conducting tours of properties, showcasing amenities, and explaining project details.

Negotiation and Closing:

Guiding clients through the sales process, including negotiating terms, signing, and facilitating documentation.

Market Knowledge and Reporting:

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and reporting on customer feedback, competitor activity, and sales data.

Regulatory Compliance (RERA):

Ensuring adherence to legal requirements, such as project registration and proper documentation of advances.

Key Skills Required:



Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations and client interaction.

Interpersonal Skills:

Friendliness, patience, and empathy to build rapport.

Negotiation:

Ability to close deals effectively.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the real estate project and local market.
