Job Description

We are looking for a

CRM Executive

to manage customer relationships, sales leads, and follow-ups for our

construction and real estate projects

. The candidate will act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and site teams to ensure smooth lead handling and high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update

CRM software

(Leads, Enquiries, Site Visits, Bookings) Handle

incoming leads

from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Website & Walk-ins Assign leads to

Sales Executives

and track follow-ups Coordinate

site visit scheduling

and confirmations Maintain customer data, call logs, and sales pipeline reports Ensure timely

follow-ups, reminders, and closures

Generate

daily, weekly & monthly sales reports

Coordinate with marketing team for

lead quality analysis

Handle customer queries and post-site visit feedback Support sales team in

documentation & booking process


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
