Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales process for luxury residential projects.
Manage and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in
real estate sales
(East Pune market preferred).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
