About the Opportunity:

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and passionate individuals who can take full ownership of driving sales for our sole selling property project in

Talegaon

. If you're someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands real estate, and can close deals, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

walk-in and generated leads

and convert them into site visits and bookings. Conduct

regular follow-ups

via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Explain project features, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly to potential buyers. Coordinate with the internal CRM and marketing team for real-time lead updates. Organize and manage

on-site events

and

weekend open house visits

. Maintain client relationships and provide post-visit assistance and documentation support.
Requirements:

1+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Good knowledge of the

Talegaon, PCMC, or Pune real estate market

is a strong advantage. Must be fluent in

Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

. Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly targets. Must be comfortable with

field work

and client meetings.
Compensation:

Fixed Salary

Attractive commission
