Continuously evaluate sales team performance and conduct
refresher sessions
for skill improvement.
Stay updated with
market trends, customer behavior, and competitor practices
in the B2C construction domain.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of
B2C construction business sales cycle
(independent house construction, residential projects, renovations).
Knowledge of
property dealer & land broker networks, housing finance processes, and compliance bodies

Excellent
communication, presentation, and motivational skills

Expertise in
psychological/consultative selling for B2C customers
