Role Overview



We are looking for an experienced

Sales & Marketing Trainer (Civil Construction B2C segment)

to design and deliver practical training programs that equip our

lead generation, business development, and sales teams

to generate, nurture, and convert leads for

civil construction services

. The trainer will focus on

customer acquisition strategies, property dealer/broker networking, housing finance tie-ups, compliance authority relations, and customer handling skills

.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and conduct

structured training modules

on: Civil construction service sales process Customer consultation & requirement analysis Lead generation (offline/online) Broker/Dealer network development Housing finance/bank tie-ups for clients Negotiation, pricing discussions, and closing deals Train staff on

customer engagement, trust-building, and long-term relationship management

. Provide

field-based practical training

(e.g., mock client meetings, property visits, broker interactions). Guide the team on

marketing strategies

(offline campaigns, events, referrals, and digital support for B2C construction). Ensure team knowledge on

documentation, compliance authorities (BDA/BMC etc.), and approval processes

. Continuously evaluate sales team performance and conduct

refresher sessions

for skill improvement. Stay updated with

market trends, customer behavior, and competitor practices

in the B2C construction domain.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of

B2C construction business sales cycle

(independent house construction, residential projects, renovations). Knowledge of

property dealer & land broker networks, housing finance processes, and compliance bodies

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and motivational skills

. Expertise in

psychological/consultative selling for B2C customers

. Ability to deliver

practical, engaging, and result-oriented training

. Strong command over

objection handling, pricing justification, and customer trust-building

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,500.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
