Roles And Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets through site visits, client meetings, and deal closures. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead inquiry to booking and documentation. Guide and monitor the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions. Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Coordinate with marketing for lead generation, campaigns, and site events. Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and payment follow-ups. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track lead performance. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support management decisions. Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners. Conduct CP meetings, training sessions, and ensure their active participation in sales.

Skills



Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is required.

Excellent client handling and relationship-building skills Leadership capability to guide and motivate sales teams Good understanding of real estate market trends and pricing Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and meet targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
