Real Estate Manager
to lead sales, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
sales, marketing, and client management
for real estate projects.
Develop and implement
strategies
to generate leads and drive sales.
Manage a team of sales executives and
guide them
to achieve targets.
Build and maintain relationships with
clients, brokers, and Channel Partners (CPs)
.
Conduct
site visits, property presentations, and negotiations
with potential buyers.
Monitor
market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis
.
Ensure smooth execution of
sales agreements, documentation, and legal compliance
.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
5 years
in real estate sales/management.
Education:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong
sales, negotiation, and leadership
abilities.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to manage and mentor a team.
Proficiency in
CRM tools and real estate software
.
Languages:
Hindi, Punjabi, and English preferred.
