Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, achieving targets, and developing strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate leads through networking, references, and marketing initiatives.
Manage client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance performance and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for effective lead management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for business improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
4-8 years of experience in real estate sales or team handling.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented professional.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
