We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Design and implement sales plans to promote Inland India's properties.
Engage in direct sales efforts with high-value clients and ensure deal closure.
2. Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Address customer queries and provide end-to-end assistance in property transactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitive offerings.
Provide insights on pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events.
5. Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
