Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead our sales team and drive property sales across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage client inquiries, property site visits, and negotiations to close deals successfully. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional events. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. Recruit, train, and support the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
