Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Manage client inquiries, property site visits, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional events.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Recruit, train, and support the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
