Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
a team of real estate sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
Set sales goals, track performance, and ensure daily/weekly/monthly KPIs are met
Actively participate in high-value client interactions, property presentations, and closings
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive lead conversion and property sales
Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to improve team performance
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and events
Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales
, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of local real estate market, regulations, and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
