Roles & Responsibilities



1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (preferably).



Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.



Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.



Manage sales teams or individual to achieve targets and grow business.



Develop and execute strategies for residential real estate sales, including open plots and bulk deals.



Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.



Cold Calling, Client Management



Data Base Management



Travelling If Required



Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be a Perk
